About Chiropractic

Chiropractors specialise in improving biomechanics – repairing and restoring proper function to the nervous system. When your spine, pelvis and other joints are not functioning optimally, it interferes with your natural ability to maintain your health.

Dr Shar is experienced in assessing and treating a variety of conditions, including:

  • neck pain

  • headaches and migraines

  • fatigue, dizziness and vertigo

  • back pain and lower back pain

  • muscle pain and injury

  • sports injury

  • workplace injury

What sets chiropractic treatments apart is the approach – addressing the cause and not just the pain. We identify why you’re experiencing pain and provide Chiropractic adjustments to correct the dysfunction in your spine, joints and muscles to restore optimum function, for improved and ongoing overall health.

Chiropractors also look to restore the ‘tone’ of the body and nervous system with work on muscle ‘trigger points’, where the nerve enters the muscle. Other common manual therapies, including stretching and massage, can also be applied where indicated.

As registered Australian health professionals, chiropractors must meet extensive educational requirements, including five years university training. Australian chiropractors are also strictly government regulated.

If you are still unsure if Chiropractic can help, feel free to call the clinic and the staff at Chiro Connection can help advise if we would be able to help.
